A service disruption on 16 April 2026 was identified and is now resolved for Mastercard Identity Solutions.
Impact Description: North American customers may have experienced anomalies in returned scores when using Ekata solutions including Account Opening API, Account Opening Express API, Transaction Risk API, and Identity Review API, as well as Identity Review 360.
Mastercard Identity will provide an update on root cause at a later date.
